Description
A large snow storm covered the landscape in deep white powdery snow.
This is an early morning shot off two mourning doves hunting for fallen seeds from our bird feeder. - they stayed together, a close pair, and I was able to appreciate their soft muted brown feathers with black spots down their backs, and softly outlined flight features in white.
Gentle doves, they grace the winter with calm and beauty.
