Description

A baby male American Goldfinch, having just fledged his nest, is perched in a delicate plant in my garden.
The tiny bird was sleeping in the early morning as I walked outside to observe the dawn.
He rested and slept as I was very present, fetching my camera and observing from many angles, getting quite close to the little creature, showing no signs of worry or alarm.
No morning sounds disturbed his Peace.
