Description
Cosmos in grey and brown, is the result of a photograph I took of a bright pink and white petaled coreopsis centered with yellow pistils.
I removed all the color and simplified this beautiful flower to its most basic shape.
The choice of grey is the reverse of the almost florescent fuchsia in its natural state.
Calm, dignified and bold, cosmos remains a classic design in its stately simplicity..
