Description
The long drive up a mountain pass, with sun shining on the crest of the crags and reflecting colors of the pines, aspens and red rock, is a daunting necessity if you wish to visit the peaks.
The views are dangerously awesome. The roads are narrow, steep with blind death curves following the mountain body.
I prefer to squint and see the patterns and shadows, the highlights and drama with a broader focus- like this illustration. I'm still alive.
