Description
During the solar eclipse of 2017, I was in Colorado, high in the Rocky Mountains.
The sky was clear, bright and cloudless.
We watched the eclipse through special glasses, observed the earth's eerie light, the distortion of natures shadows and the chill of the air as the temperature dropped during the full sun blocked stage. Quiet, strange, we were in awe and reverence of the universe power.
I drew several interpretations of the event- different stages, as I really didn't think photography could do justice to the whole of the experience.
