During this quiet time of Covid 19, our church has been open everyday for a place to visit and find comfort, I found this beautiful stained glass window depicting the Last Supper and Jesus prepared to wash his apostles' feet.
I cropped the image in order to focus on the single foot, waiting to be washed, and the ancient urns filled with water.
Attached is text from the Apostle John, Chapter 13, verse 14, quoting Jesus.
Jesus came as a servant to God, and set an example for all to also be servants to Him, and each other. He, the Son of God, washed the feet of his apostles, to show servitude and how to love one another.
"For no one is above the Father".

During my four years there, I studied at Moore College of Art in Philadelphia, and art history in London, Amsterdam and Paris. Education opened...
