It was a chilly October morning at Shelburne Farms in Vermont.
I took my granddaughter to visit the animals and to see the crazy chicken parade.
A small door in the barn is opened and the chickens hop down a long ramp to the farm yard.
Mr Rooster is clearly the showiest number.
I love the hopping and dancing they seem to be doing, as they eagerly find children holding out hands full of corn.

I find mystery in Creation and Re-Creation: respite and solace in the woods, observing the different wildlife, underground brooks, the fluid intricate frozen water patterns and sounds; mystery in an ever growing appreciation for a Master's Loving Brush and Wand. - Art is an unconscious interconnecting with the soul of nature, which is only revealed through a deliberate intimate relationship. I always knew that art would be a major avenue of deep expression. My major at Converse College, South Carolina was Fine Art, which I broadened to include minors in Religion, Humanities and Philosophy.
