Description
Angel's trumpets, beautiful blooms of white trumpet shaped pendant flowers, hang gracefully from their stems.
Backlit from the last filtered rays of early evening sun, this flower glows like a trumpet's brass.
With minimal digital manipulation, I was able to highlight the two blossoms to create an echo of one.
The inner light is a natural effect of backlighting by the sun. The shrub is located in a courtyard with little exposure to the remaining light, only a ray filtered through a tree reached it.
I see music bursting forth, an angel's trumpet.
