Empty chair was placed long ago in a corner of a quiet garden.
Over the years, many have rested on the wooden slats, surrounded by seasonal blooming perennials.
Now, autumn air is claiming the overhanging tree leaves, fall sedum blooms with oak leaf hydrangea, and the old garden chair holds lichen for winter companionship..
