During a light drizzle which followed a heavy storm, these busy North American house finches
greedily hog the feeder.
Delicately perched, they won't be moved.
Caught with a zoom lens, the line up around the feeder shows two birds, tails touching, creating a heart.
Creating a whimsical tone helps capture the sweetness, innocence and folk art nature of these delicate simple creatures.
